We've been attending beginner-level evening classes for a few months now and have found it useful already. On a recent trip to the Canary Islands, we found that we could understand a little more of what was being said, and gained the confidence to use a few Spanish phrases which were well received! I even managed to perform a couple of basic transactions without using any English (meal at a restaurant and ordering a taxi/giving directions). I particularly appreciate the fundamentals and practical tips we are given in class. It has inspired me to learn more and be more confident.

We are the owners of a group of guest houses, located in a beautiful village at the footsteps of the Carpathian Mountains (Romania). We were very lucky to have AE Language School direct 2 language camps last year. Nathan and Angela did a fantastic job in helping each pupil build their confidence to speak English. They proved to be brilliant teachers. Their patience and teaching style were well appreciated by the students and their supervisors from day 1. The feedback we received was fantastic with most pupils expressing their desire to enrol again. The students, including those who had previous experiences of English Camps in England and Scotland, found Nathan and Angela’s classes very informative and entertaining. They loved the teachers’ enthusiasm, energy and creativity. We hope to have AE Language School come back again!

Angela brings teaching a language to life. She taught our child from a young age (3) for a short period of time, and was able to make classes age appropriate and fun. Angela has the unique skill of being fun and engaging and our child was learning Spanish without realising!

My name is Don Henham and I am a retired Computer Senior Systems Analyst. I have known Angela for many years, in fact I think I was one of Angela's first students in 2009. Before I met Angela I had been to evening classes in Bracknell to learn Spanish. I did year 1 to 6 and got my AS pass in the subject. I soon realised that I needed to be talking and listening in Spanish more to improve my confidence, so I started looking for a private tutor. I was very lucky to find Angela. We had weekly lessons and my Spanish improved dramatically. Now when I go to Spain or South America, I am very confident speaking to the local people. I would encourage anyone thinking of taking Spanish lessons to enrol with Angela. She is clever, makes classes fun and gets enjoyment out of seeing people learn and improve their Spanish.
